The First aid at work training course provides the comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces to become a confident first aider at work. Giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies. It meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.

This one-day course will help you meet your regulatory requirements if your risk assessment indicates that first aid training covering emergency protocols only, is sufficient for your workplace.

This two-day paediatric first aid course focuses on emergency scenarios that face those looking after young children and infants, including day nurseries, private nursery schools, pre-schools, before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group, childminders and carers of children at home.
The paediatric first aid course meets the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Register requirements.
Cost per person – £ 75 includes course material and certificate
Employers are legally required to ensure their first aiders are competent and maintain their skills throughout the three years in which their certificates are valid.
This I day refresher course provides first aiders with an opportunity to practise and update their skills as a qualified first aider, at any time while their first aid certificate is valid.
The HSE strongly recommends that you attend a refresher session once every year during this three-year period.

A cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. A person’s chance of survival falls by about 10%* for each minute that passes without defibrillation.
The risk of death can be reduced if you have a defibrillator in your workplace and know how to use it. If you already have a defibrillator, it’s important that your employees know where it is.
Every second matters and this course will give you the confidence to act quickly and effectively. Most importantly, the course will also teach defibrillator operators how to perform effective CPR.
Cost per person – £90 per person = 3-hour course
This course is an initiative coordinated by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) to teach members of the public what to do in a life-threatening emergency i.e. simple, Basic skills that save lives.
The 2-hour course is designed for adults and children over the age of 10 and can be delivered as a standalone course.
This course contains elements such as:
assessing an unconscious casualty, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), dealing with choking, dealing with serious bleeding, helping someone that maybe having a heart attack
